Icon Concerts and MagicSpace Entertainment Merge to Form ICON LIVE
LiveCo announces the merger of promoter Icon Concerts and event producer MagicSpace Entertainment, forming ICON LIVE, an innovative, multi-genre entertainment platform.

Live entertainment company LiveCo has announced the merging of promoter Icon Concerts and noted event producer MagicSpace Entertainment into one entity, to be known as ICON LIVE and serve as an “innovative, multi-genre enteratinment platform,”
“Live entertainment continues to evolve toward experience-driven, genre-fluid programming,” said Chuck Steedman, president and CEO of LiveCo. “By bringing Icon Concerts and MagicSpace together under the ICON LIVE banner, we are creating a more powerful and diversified platform that better reflects how audiences consume live experiences today — while positioning us to scale more effectively across the global marketplace.”
The merger combines Icon’s concert promotion expertise with MagicSpace’s touring production capabilities, allowing ICON LIVE to produce and promote a variety of events worldwide and under one banner. Both companies were already under the LiveCo umbrella of companies, which includes Peachtree Entertainment, TPR, iTickets and more.
Icon has long been known as a force in comedy touring, with longtime relationships with talent including Jimmy O Yang, Gary Owen, Jeff Dunham, Jo Koy and Gabriel Iglesias. MagicSpace Entertainment is known for a variety of touring productions including theatrica and Broadway shows like “Hamilton,” “The Book of Mormon,” “Dancing With The Stars Live” and concerts by Robert Plant and Bob Dylan.
ICON LIVE will be led by Paul Meloche (president), Mike Bernal (executive vice president of booking and production), Kristy Maple (executive vice president of marketing and ticketing) and Dave Stinson (executive vice president of operations). Recently announced Icon executive vice president of global touring Jesse Stoll is also a key part of the management team.
Meloche said, “ICON LIVE can offer broader artist relationships, an expanded touring footprint and diversified revenue streams. It gives us the opportunity to develop and own touring productions while also promoting leading artists and entertainers.”
