ABOUT ACCESS JC FRIDAYS Each June, we present ACCESS JC Fridays, which focuses on inclusion and accessibility. Art House encourages participating venues to present work from artists with disabilities and/or work that celebrates disability in any of its many forms. We also encourage venue partners to make their physical space accessible to all, including large print materials, ASL interpretation, captioning, and sensory tours.

JC Fridays attendees are encouraged to explore multiple venues to discover new art and engage with the local arts scene. Complete event listings, an interactive map, and wheelchair accessible events are available at www.jcfridays.com .

IN THE WIND: Art House Productions The View 201 Lincoln Pk, Jersey City, NJ 07304 7 AM – 10 PM Art House Productions presents the largest public art initiative in Hudson County history: In The Wind, transforming Lincoln Park in Jersey City with artist-designed flags featuring original work by Hudson County artists. Presented in celebration of the organization's 25th anniversary, the exhibition highlights the depth and diversity of Hudson County's creative community. Curated by Tina Maneca, In The Wind showcases original works by artists who live, work, or maintain studios in Hudson County. Installed around Edgewood Lake, the works are presented on flags that move with the wind, creating a dynamic, ever-changing exhibition shaped by light, motion, and the natural landscape. All flags are priced at $500 and will be available for purchase throughout the run of the installation. The opening will take place during ACCESS JC Fridays on June 5, 2026, with a reception at The View from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

HANDLE WITH CARE: EONTA SPACE 34 Dekalb Ave, Jersey City, NJ 07306 5 PM – 9 PM EONTA SPACE's Spring 2026 exhibition is ‘Handle with Care', a group show that explores the nature of fragility, in materials, society and culture. Glass shatters, ceramics break, miniatures are fragile and thread snags, snaps and unravels. Material use reflects the risks involved in creating art. The inherent nature of the materials determine the parameters under which the art is formed. In the same way, the choices made by society to use materials, natural resources and energy determine the limitations, risks and outcomes of using those same elements.

CROCHET & MORE: Shifra Arts LLC 51 Sanford Pl, Jersey City, NJ 07307 4 PM – 6 PM Shifra Arts LLC presents the crochet creations of Shaheen Yadav — artist, creator, and your guide to the joy of crocheting. Never crocheted before? No experience needed. If you've been curious but haven't made the time, this is your chance to pick up a skill that's perfect for relaxing and unwinding. All levels are welcome. Stop by for live demonstrations, hands-on tutorials tailored to your level, and a chance to browse — and take home — Shaheen's beautiful crochet pieces. Also on display: ceramic creations by Eva Yadav, all available for purchase. Materials provided. Free and accessible to all. A wonderful opportunity to meet your neighbors and build community.

YOUNG ARTISTS EXHIBIT: Project Greenville 128 Winfield Ave, Jersey City, NJ 07305 4 PM – 7 PM Visit Project Greenville for the Young Artists Exhibit; a group art show featuring work by artists, photographers & more who are 7-18 years old. Come support the creative young people in your community. Light refreshments from local Greenville businesses, conversation and connection!

INSIDER INNOVATION: Liberti Lab / Origen 295 Johnston Ave, Jersey City, NJ 07304 6 PM – 9 PM Liberti Lab is a Jersey City design studio and innovation lab specializing in product development, custom commercial parts, and large-format 3D printing. For JC Fridays, the studio at 98 Forrest St opens its doors alongside newly-launched sister brand ORIGEN — a sustainable product line of art, lighting, and home objects made from recycled water bottles processed into 3D-printer filament right in the workshop. Visitors will see Liberti Lab's 800mm-bed 3D printer running a real client job for the full three hours, and a "bring a broken part" station where guests can hand over a broken hinge, fitting, hardware piece, or antique fragment and watch the team scope a remake on the spot. Across the space, ORIGEN debuts with the filament recycler running live on the hour, the flagship sculptural piece Lightform 01: Perseverance on display, the From Bottle to Board exhibit featuring a custom surfboard made from recycled water bottles, and TAC TILES — generative tactile art objects. The space is wheelchair accessible. Large-print process guides are available throughout. All ages, all questions welcome.
