Casting for the first two weeks of American Ballet Theatre's 2026 Summer season at the Metropolitan Opera House has been announced by Artistic Director Susan Jaffe .

The Summer season will open with seven performances of Swan Lake, beginning at the matinee on Wednesday, June 17, led by Skylar Brandt as Odette/Odile, Herman Cornejo as Prince Siegfried, and Andrii Ishchuk as von Rothbart. Jarod Curley will make his debut as Prince Siegfried at the matinee on Thursday, June 18. On Saturday, June 20, Sung Woo Han will debut as von Rothbart at the matinee and SunMi Park will dance Odette/Odile for the first time at the evening performance. Set to music by Peter Ilyitch Tchaikovsky, this production of Swan Lake is choreographed by Kevin Mckenzie after Marius Petipa and Lev Ivanov and features scenery and costumes by Zack Brown and lighting by Duane Schuler .

John Cranko 's Onegin returns to the Metropolitan Opera House for seven performances beginning Tuesday, June 23, led by Christine Shevchenko as Tatiana, Cory Stearns as Onegin, Zimmi Coker as Olga, Jake Roxander as Lensky, and Roman Zhurbin as Prince Gremin. Debuts on Wednesday, June 24, include Devon Teuscher (Tatiana) and Aran Bell (Onegin) at the matinee and Carlos Gonzalez (Lensky) at the evening performance. Léa Fleytoux and Takumi Miyake will dance the roles of Olga and Lensky for the first time on Thursday, June 25. Cory Stearns will give his farewell performance with ABT in the ballet on the evening of Saturday, June 27. Set to music by Peter Ilyitch Tchaikovsky, arranged and orchestrated by Kurt-Heinz Stolze, Onegin is based on the verse-novel Eugene Onegin by Alexander Pushkin. This production features sets and costumes by Santo Loquasto and lighting by James F. Ingalls .
