The production is directed by Bailey Dumlao, Shawn Emamjomeh serves as Producer, with Jamie Kaprovitz as Production Stage Manager. Set in the fictional village of Grover's Corners, New Hampshire, the play remains one of the most frequently performed works in the American canon for its profound ability to find the universal in the everyday.
Interestingly, the production finds a natural home in Ocean Grove; the town's population of approximately 2,500 residents nearly matches that of the fictional Grover's Corners, offering a subtle, real-world parallel to the intimate scale of Wilder's world.
The story follows the Webb and Gibbs families as their children, Emily and George, fall in love and face the inevitable passage of time. The cast features Desiree Lara as the Stage Manager, Sophie Cox as Emily Webb, and Aren Duffy as George Gibbs. Other cast members include Anthony Cea, John Paul Durazzo, RoseMarie Franklin, Evelynn Knox, Jess Pace, Jeff Parsons , Denise Sobotka, Jim Watson and Meg Whalen.
