Assassin's Creed: Black Flag Soundtrack Set for 5-LP Vinyl Box Set Release

The epic soundtrack to Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag is getting a bumper vinyl release ahead of the remake.

The 5LP boxset will feature 79 tracks from the original 2013 swashbuckling Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag. The vinyl release includes Brian Tyler’s original game score, multiplayer music from The Flight and Christian Henson as well as fan-favourite sea shanties and Olivier Deriviere’s score for the Freedom Cry DLC.

A 2LP vinyl is also available, featuring sea shanties and select tracks from Brian Tyler’s Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag score.

Both vinyl are set to ship in early 2027 but fans can pre-order them now via Laced Records. The 5LP boxset will set you back £100 while the 2LP vinyl is £36.

To the dedicated fans who’ve remained lovers of this brilliant saga through nearly two decades… I hope you enjoy. This is for YOU!”

A remake of Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag is set to launch July 9, 2026 for PlayStation 5 , Xbox Series X/S and PC .

“ Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag Resynced is a faithful remake of one of the most beloved Assassin’s Creed games,” explained Edward Kenway’s actor Matt Ryan in a reveal trailer. “It’s totally rebuilt from the ground up and enriched with lots of new additions. The same story but elevated to a new level of realism and immersion – to bring you one of the most swashbuckling pirate adventures.”

After working on 2011’s Assassin’s Creed: Revelations , French musician Woodkid will be contributing new music and reworked sea shanties to the Black Flag Resynced soundtrack .

In other news, Tomb Raider  remake  Legacy Of Atlantis  has been delayed to 2027 but will launch on the  Nintendo Switch 2 as well as PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
