Musician and frequent Lady Gaga collaborator, Brian Newman has released his first single, “The Boulevard of Broken Dreams.” The track is the first release from Newman’s upcoming album.

Newman, a Grammy Award winning producer, trumpeter, musical director, and bandleader for Gaga’s Jazz and Piano show, said he first learned about the 1933 song – originally written by Al Dubin – through the lens of Tony Bennett and Nat King Cole.
