Seriously Entertaining is House of SpeakEasy's critically-acclaimed literary cabaret series. Each show brings together four incredible writers for a fast-paced, thought-provoking, and often surprising night of original storytelling, connected by a common theme. In collaboration with World Monuments Fund (WMF), the theme of their May show, “Safeguarding the Irreplaceable,” invites us to examine what we protect, what we neglect, and why it matters. Imagine indelible connections and inherited heirlooms, endangered archives and vanishing traditions—and what happens if we let them slip away. Featuring André Aciman, Annabelle Selldorf, Sosena Solomon, and Caroline Weber, the performers will come bearing elegies, manifestos, and love letters to the almost-lost. Co-hosted by author and historian Amanda Foreman and WMF President and CEO Bénédicte de Montlaur.

Tickets: Tickets are $42 (inclusive of advance phone/web service fee). There is a 2 drink or 1 food item minimum per person. Only a few tickets are left for this.
