The Carmel International Arts Festival will return to Carmel's Arts & Design District on September 26–27, 2026, and volunteers are essential to making this beloved community event a success. Each year, more than 120 artists, numerous vendors, and approximately 30,000 attendees rely on the dedication and support of volunteers who help create a welcoming and memorable festival experience.

By volunteering, you play an important role in advancing CIAF's mission to educate, inspire, and connect people through the arts. Volunteer opportunities are varied and include assisting artists with setup and transportation of materials, distributing water and supplies, greeting guests, and supporting festival operations.
