The WELCOME TO NIGHT VALE star will join creator Jocelyn Kuritsky at The Tank and Torn Page.

Acclaimed voice actor and podcast pioneer Cecil Baldwin will join the team behind A Simple Herstory for two special New York events taking place in conjunction with the Tribeca Festival, including a live presentation of the acclaimed audio drama and an exclusive after-party conversation exploring the art and future of audio storytelling.

Best known as the iconic voice of the internationally celebrated podcast Welcome to Night Vale, Baldwin brings his signature storytelling talent to A Simple Herstory, the historical fiction audio drama that reimagines the stories of women who have sought the presidency of the United States.

The first event (3pm at The Tank, June 7th) will feature a live presentation of A Simple Herstory, offering audiences an immersive theatrical experience that blends history, performance, and audio storytelling. Following the presentation, Baldwin will participate in a special after-party gathering and conversation at Torn Page (6pm, June 7th) alongside historian and podcast host Carl Raymond, creator of The Gilded Gentleman.

Together, the events offer audiences a rare opportunity to experience innovative audio storytelling on stage and engage directly with some of the creators shaping the future of the medium.
