Production photos have been released for ALLEGRA , the new comedy starring Maureen Lipman in the title role ahead of its 2026 UK tour.

Written by Peter Quilter and directed and choreographed by Stephen Mear, the production follows Allegra, a woman whose love of music and spontaneous singing shapes the lives of those around her. Her brother Ronen and caregiver Anna attempt to support her while navigating the challenges and joys of her larger-than-life personality.

Lipman stars alongside John Middleton as Ronen and Elizabeth Bower as Anna. Bailey Patrick also appears in the production.

The creative team includes writer Peter Quilter, director and choreographer Stephen Mear, set and costume designer Justin Williams, lighting designer Samuel Biondolillo, sound designer Russell Ditchfield, production management company Setting Line, general management and tour booking by Thomas Hopkins Productions, and casting director Rob Kelly.
