Actor and vocalist Eden Plepler makes her 54 Below debut with an evening that is equal parts celebration and homecoming. After facing a cancer diagnosis at the beginning of her senior year at NYU—navigating chemotherapy while completing her degree—Eden found strength and healing in the music that carried her through one of the most challenging, and ultimately empowering, chapters of her life.

Songs That Carried Me is not about illness but about what comes after: resilience, renewed artistry, and love for the music that shaped her.

Featuring a mix of jazz, pop, and musical theater, the evening draws from a repertoire that is both timeless and personal. From the elegance of the American Songbook—Sinatra’s “Fly Me to the Moon,” “In a Sentimental Mood,” and “I’ve Got a Crush on You”—to beloved songs by Barbra Streisand , Laufey, and Billie Eilish, Plepler weaves together an only-in-New York evening that that is classic, intimate, and unmistakably her own.

Eden Plepler is joined by musical director Dr. Steven Mann, who has served as her voice teacher and mentor since she was thirteen years old.

Eden Plepler in “Songs That Carried Me” plays 54 Below (254 West 54th Street) on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 9:30pm. Cover charges are $19.50 (includes $4.50 in fees) – $52.50 (includes $7.50 in fees). VIP Seating is $63.50 (includes $8.50 in fees). Premiums are $85.50 (includes $10.50 in fees). There is a $25 food and beverage minimum.

54 Below announced an upcoming lineup featuring MASQUERADE's Hugh Panaro, Tony winner David Yazbek, Grammy winner Melissa Manchester, Tony winner Matt Doyle, and MAYBE HAPPY ENDING's Claire Kwon, among others.

54 Below will present the return of award-winning vocalist Seth Sikes, who will join forces with legendary pianist and vocalist Billy Stritch in the new evening of timeless standards, “Sing a Song With Me'.

54 Below will celebrate Broadway’s best and brightest at The Annual Tony Awards Viewing Party to Benefit 54 Below on June 7 at 6:30pm. All proceeds from this evening will support 54 Below’s mission to preserve and expand the art of cabaret.
