Electric Callboy Teams Up with The Offspring’s Dexter Holland for "Let the Good Times Roll"

Electric Callboy have unleashed “Let the Good Times Roll” featuring The Offspring ’s Dexter Holland as the the latest single from their upcoming album, Tanzneid , out August 7th via Century Media.

The song itself is a varied combination of pop, EDM, metalcore, and punk, moving in a bewildering and unique fashion typical of the genre-defiant band. The music video features appearances as varied as Howie Mandel, Brian Posehn, and John Goblikon, matching the joyful irreverent tonal dissonance and expansive scope of the song itself.

Electric Callboy stated of the collaboration, “The Offspring have been one of the bands that shaped us from the very beginning. Their music was part of our lives long before Electric Callboy even existed, so having Dexter on this song honestly feels surreal. ‘Let The Good Times Roll’ is everything we love about loud, fun and energetic music, and getting to share that with one of our biggest inspirations makes this a really special moment for us.”

Dexter Holland added, “When Electric Callboy sent us the track, it immediately put a grin on our faces. It’s energetic, unpredictable and doesn’t take itself too seriously — exactly the kind of spirit we’ve always loved about punk and rock music. I had a blast being part of ‘Let The Good Times Roll’ and can’t wait for everyone to hear it.”

Electric Callboy have also rolled out a worldwide scavenger hunt based in part on the music video for “Let the Good Times Roll.” Per the band:

“The mysterious Pink Boxes seen throughout the ‘Let The Good Times Roll’ feat. The Offspring music video will begin appearing at festivals, in cities and at unexpected locations around the world, with fans uncovering clues through the band’s channels, festivals the community and surprise appearances across the globe. Every box contains exclusive rewards, but a select few hold the ultimate prize: a Golden Ticket granting the finder and a guest complimentary access to Electric Callboy headline shows worldwide for life. Each discovered box can be registered on the interactive World of TANZNEID map, allowing fans everywhere to follow the hunt as it unfolds in real time.”
