Feeble Little Horse Unveils New Album ‘bitknot’ and Announces Tour

Pittsburgh band feeble little horse returned last year with their first new music since 2023’s Girl with Fish , and after teasing it, they’ve released their third album, bitknot , out via Saddle Creek. Sebastian Kinsler, Lydia Slocum, and Jake Kelley wrote, arranged, produced, and recorded it in their Pittsburgh homes, and they say, “The album art is based on the coincidental core memory matrix, which was used in old computers to store memory / access information using 0s and 1s. Each core, or ‘bit,’ is accessed through the grid of wires, like a knot that stores secret details and memories.” Stream it below.

They’ve also announced tour plans for the rest of the year, beginning with North American runs in the summer and fall, followed by shows in Europe in November, and then closing out the year in the US in December. Computerwife, Touching Ice, snuggle , and MOP each open shows, varying by date, and you can see all dates below.

The NYC show is at Brooklyn Steel on October 15 . Tickets to that and all dates go on sale Friday, May 29 at 10 AM local, with various presales happening now.
