Set to arrive on July 24 via Republic Records, FLO revealed the cover art and release date for Therapy at the Club on Wednesday (May 6).

According to the press release, TATC ‘s sound embraces “dark, euphoric R&B and pop with diaristic storytelling” while themes explored include “desire, heartbreak, confidence and healing in real time.”

“We’re incredibly proud to finally share Therapy at the Club , our sophomore album, with the world,” FLO said in a statement. “It’s a body of work that feels super personal to us; it’s been a labor of love. For us, the club is more than just a night out, it’s like therapy. I mean, where else do you feel more understood than in a girls bathroom on a night out … that’s the vibe!”

The R&B-pop trio continued: “We’ve been very hands-on with the writing and creation of this project alongside our very special collaborators, and that’s made it even more meaningful to us. This album represents where we are right now — honest, evolving, and unafraid to feel everything. We really hope you love it!”

FLO has enlisted a crew of collaborators — including writers such as Amy Allen , Steph Jones, Julian Bunetta and Boy Matthews — while also reconnecting with Sevyn Streeter, Oak Felder and Skippz.

Therapy at the Club boasts 16 tracks in total, including the previously released single “Leak It.” FLO’s debut LP, Access All Areas , arrived in November 2024 and peaked at No. 163 on the Billboard 200 and No. 20 on the Top R&B Albums chart.
