Following two full-length studio releases in just the past year, BIG MODERN! is less of an exploration of the band’s musical trajectory, and instead looks forward with 15 new tracks showcasing their versatility. The album is rooted deeply in their newfound creative and collaborative freedom, built on their skills as an improvisational four-piece. “Ideas kept unraveling in real time as we were working on it,” said Goose’s Rick Mitarotonda. “It was so organic we just kept following the thread.”
