Kiwi Jr. Unveils New Album ‘Blowin’ Up,’ Releases Title Track and Announces Tour Dates

Toronto band Kiwi Jr. have announced their third album, Blowin’ Up , which will be their first for K Records and is out August 14. The made it in Detroit with producer Graham Walsh of Holy Fuck, and the album features contributions from Joe Casey and Greg Ahee of Protomartyr , Margaux Bouchaudon of En Attendant Ana , and Kerri MacLellan of Alvvays .

“Everything is dialed up to the max all the time,” says frontman Jeremy Gaudet. “The planet, culture, economy, our bodies are always on the edge of exploding. But also at this same time… kiwi jr is about to blow up.” The album includes 2025 single “Hard Drive, Ontario” and they’ve just shared the album’s very hooky titled track.
