When our pal Ryan Leas covered Pop Montréal for us a few years back, he brought back word of La Sécurité, who he described as a brooding and shadowy art-punk band with a dash of Devo's playfulness. That francophone combo is back today with Bingo! , their second LP, and I didn't want to head into the weekend without recommending it.
