Le Guess Who? Reveals First Acts & Guest Curators for 2026 Festival

The Netherlands’ forward-thinking Le Guess Who? festival has announced the guest curators and initial lineup for its 2026 edition, which which marks their 20th anniversary and happens November 5-8 at venues across Utrecht. Tickets are on sale.

This year’s guest curators are aja monet, KMRU, Los Thuthanaka and Tropical Fuck Storm , who are each presenting a number of artists, performances, and collaborations, many of which will be unique to LGW. The curators are all performing as well.

As for the initial lineup, it includes Dirty Three, Yasuaki Shimizu, Shabaka, Tortoise, Ibex Band, Kelsey Lu, Melt-Banana, Maryam Saleh, A.R. Kane, Chuquimamani-Condori presents DJ E, Ana Roxanne, Billy Fuller (BEAK>) , Loraine James, The Ex & Brass Unbound, Khadija El Warzazia, Low Jack , Harriet Tubman trio & Georgia Anne Muldrow present “Electrical Field of Love,” Water Damage , and more.

There are also a couple special programs. 24 Hour Dub is a “24-hour session of continuous dub sounds from 4PM on Saturday 7, November, through 4PM on Sunday 8, November, at Utrecht’s KABUL à GoGo. The program brings together pioneers, poets, engineers, sound system architects and a new generation of bass explorers. The extensive lineup of special performances includes a.o. Aba Shanti-I, CARISTA, Greentea Selecta, Introspekt, Krackfree Soundsystem, Mad Professor, Mutabaruka, Scientist, Tash LC and Touching Bass DJs .”

There’s also COSMOS: “Le Guess Who?’s hybrid platform that highlights independent music scenes from around the world. Vibrant music communities from every corner of the map become COSMOS Embassies and share their stories—both online and offline—through mixtapes, film, live radio, conversations and performances. In 2026, COSMOS collaborates with NAKID (Osaka, JP), OCCII (Amsterdam, NL) and Tabanka Records (Cabo Verde, CV).”
