Lifeline Productions has announced the appointment of Susan Steinkamp Hanus as CEO and Managing Director. A seasoned leader with an MBA from the Wharton School and a Master's from Syracuse University , Hanus brings over 20 years of expertise in organizational strategy and revenue development to the role.

In tandem, Will Luera transitions into the key role of Producing Artistic Director. A veteran of the non-profit theater community, Luera has been central to formalizing Lifeline's artistic identity. His leadership has expanded the organization's creative footprint through community-centered storytelling, workshops, and initiatives that use the arts to illuminate the lived experience of mental illness.

Together, Hanus and Luera represent a powerful evolution for Lifeline, pairing robust operational infrastructure and strategic leadership with a bold, mission-driven artistic vision.
