MassConcerts has officially welcomed independent promoter Mark Bradley and his team at Legacy Concerts into the company, expanding the concert promoter’s reach across several markets in the Southeast.
Legacy Concerts was founded in 2020 by Bradley who continues his decade-long career of bringing artists to great independent rooms in Richmond, Virginia, Nashville, Indianapolis, Kansas City and more.
“This is a major addition for our company,” said MassConcerts founder John Peters. “Mark has built an incredible network of clubs. His reputation, experience, and understanding of independent promotion make him a perfect fit for the MassConcerts team as we continue to grow nationally.” The move was finalized by Peters alongside senior leadership including Justin Leach, the announcement states, as the company continues expanding its national concert and venue footprint.
MassConcerts remains one of the nation’s largest independent concert promoters, operating multiple venues while producing concerts ranging from intimate clubs to arenas and outdoor events throughout the eastern U.S. Recent projects include the opening of Asheville Yards in North Carolina and the under-development The Rail in Lexington, Kentucky.
“After 11 years as an independent promoter and business owner, the time is right to take the next step in my career,” said Bradley. “This is an incredible opportunity to join an independent company and have the resources to bring even better concerts to the cities I love. Bradley and team will continue overseeing Legacy Concerts’ existing markets and relationships under the MassConcerts banner while spearhead new venue partnerships and expanded concert opportunities nationwide.
A major focus of Bradley’s role will be continuing to develop MassConcerts’ growing Southeast venue and promotion network while helping expand the company’s presence across new markets and larger-scale opportunities through MassConcerts’ broader infrastructure and resources.
