Join the fifth annual New Musical Project , a showcase of new musicals in Boulder, CO from July 20-August 2. They produce 30-minute selections from three new musicals with community actors, culminating in an exciting 90-minute program on Aug 1-2. They also present a Cabaret featuring songs from their finalists as well as a one-night-only presentation of scenes from a student musical. Rehearsals take place daily at the Dairy Arts Center in Boulder from July 20-31. Each show has a 2-hour rehearsal window. Performances will be Aug. 1-2 in the Grace Gamm Theater at the Dairy Arts Center. Not only will actors have the chance to step into brand new roles, they will also be able to meet and dialogue with the writing teams of these shows.
