The Mainstage offerings for the 2026/2027 Season of Pasadena Playhouse has been revealed! The Mainstage Season kicks off with an all-new Pasadena Playhouse production of Friedrich Dürrenmatt’s chilling classic The Visit adapted by Maurice Valency , directed by Tony Award-winner Darko Tresnjak , starring Tony Award-winner Jefferson Mays , and featuring some of the creative team behind this season’s production of Amadeus; the Los Angeles premiere of the Tony Award-winning rock musical Passing Strange, directed by Tony Award-nominee Zhailon Levingston ; the first post-Broadway production of Real Women Have Curves: The Musical; and a new production of the Tennessee Williams Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, directed by Jessica Kubzansky and starring three-time Tony Award-nominee Alfred Molina . The season will also feature one more Mainstage production, as well as Youth and Family Programming to be announced at a later date. MAINSTAGE PRODUCTIONS:
