Raw Power Management has promoted Matt Ash and Don Jenkins to the positions of joint Chief Executive Officers.

Founder Craig Jennings will move to the role of Executive Chairman at the international artist management company, which counts Bring Me The Horizon , Bullet For My Valentine , The Damned , Don Broco and The Mars Volta among its clients.

The leadership transition, announced on Wednesday (May 7), reflects what the company described as long-term succession planning and its ambitions for continued global growth.

Ash , who is based in Los Angeles, has been with the company since 2008 . London-based Jenkins joined Raw Power in 2012 .

In their new roles, the pair will lead all operational aspects of Raw Power ‘s global artist management business, overseeing strategy, artist development, touring and commercial partnerships.

Ash has been managing Bring Me The Horizon alongside Jennings since 2008 , guiding the band through two Post Human album campaigns that established them as a global festival headliner.

He also oversaw their first stadium headline show in São Paulo — a sold-out performance at Allianz Parque to 50,000 fans — and their recent sold-out show at New York ‘s Madison Square Garden , which took place on Saturday (May 2).

Ash was instrumental in establishing Raw Power USA and played a key role in the re-emergence of At The Drive-In and The Mars Volta .

Jenkins has led the management of Bullet For My Valentine since 2021 , overseeing what the company says has been the band’s most successful touring cycle to date, culminating in a headline show at London ‘s O2 Arena in 2025 .

He has also managed Don Broco for over a decade, guiding them to their first UK No.1 album with the 2021 Amazing Things campaign.

Jenkins has managed The Damned for eight years, leading the band through two UK Top 10 album campaigns and their biggest-ever headline show at Wembley Arena , which took place last month.

“Raw Power has always combined independent punk spirited thinking with a global business perspective,” said Ash .

“I’m proud to step into this role and continue building on the strong foundations Craig created, alongside our amazing team and the incredible artists we represent.”

Jenkins added: “Craig has founded & built an extraordinary company and culture at Raw Power.

“It’s been a privilege to be part of that and I am excited to carry that forward and grow the business in the future.

“We remain fully focused and committed to supporting and representing all the artists we work with around the world.”

Jennings founded Raw Power Management in 2006 . As Executive Chairman, he will focus on long-term strategy, industry relationships and supporting the company’s next phase of expansion.

“Raw Power has always been about building enduring careers for artists,” said Jennings

“Don and Matt have been central to our company’s success over many years and I’m delighted to see them step into these new roles.

“Their dedication to the business and our artists makes them the obvious choices to lead Raw Power towards its next chapter.”

ATC Management acquired a 55% stake in Raw Power in 2024 for £1.41 million (approx. $1.8 million ), bringing the company into the broader ATC Group fold.

ATC Group , which encompasses artist management, live booking, merchandising and music promotion, reported annual revenue growth of 107% in its most recent financial year, driven in part by a series of strategic acquisitions including Raw Power.

The group raised $11 million in new capital in November 2025 , as it outlined plans for a potential new stock market listing. Music Business Worldwide
