Raw Power Management Elevates Matt Ash and Don Jenkins to Joint CEO Roles

International artist management company Raw Power Management has announced a new leadership structure, promoting Matt Ash and Don Jenkins to the positions of Joint Chief Executive Officers, with founder Craig Jennings moving to the role of Executive Chairman.

“This leadership transition reflects the company’s long-term succession planning and its ambitions for continued global growth,” according to today’s press announcement.

In their new roles Ash, who is based in Los Angeles and has been with the company since 2008 and London-based Jenkins, who joined Raw Power in 2012, will lead all operational aspects of its global artist management business. They will oversee strategy, artist development, touring, and commercial partnerships as the company continues to expand its international footprint.

Both executives have played pivotal roles in shaping Raw Power’s global success. Matt Ash has been managing Bring Me The Horizon with Jennings since 2008, guiding the band through two highly successful Post Human album campaigns, which established them as a global festival headliner.

He also oversaw their first stadium headline show in São Paulo and their recent sold-out performance at New York’s Madison Square Garden. Ash was instrumental in establishing Raw Power USA and played a key role in the re-emergence of At The Drive-In and The Mars Volta.

Jenkins has led the management of Bullet For My Valentine since 2021, overseeing the band’s most successful touring cycle to date, culminating in their biggest-ever headline show at London’s O2 Arena in 2025. He has also managed Don Broco for over a decade, guiding the band to their first UK No.1 album with the 2021 Amazing Things campaign.

In addition, Jenkins has managed The Damned for eight years, helping to re-establish the band as one of the UK’s most iconic acts and leading them through two top ten album campaigns and onto their biggest-ever headline show at Wembley Arena, which took place in April.

Matt Ash said, “Raw Power has always combined independent punk spirited thinking with a global business perspective. I’m proud to step into this role and continue building on the strong foundations Craig created, alongside our amazing team and the incredible artists we represent.”

Don Jenkins added, “Craig has founded & built an extraordinary company and culture at Raw Power. It’s been a privilege to be part of that and I am excited to carry that forward and grow the business in the future. We remain fully focused and committed to supporting and representing all the artists we work with around the world.”

Craig Jennings, who founded Raw Power Management in 2006, will remain closely involved in the business as Executive Chairman. In his new role, he will focus on long-term strategy, industry relationships, and supporting the company’s next phase of expansion.”

“Raw Power has always been about building enduring careers for artists,” said Jennings. “Don and Matt have been central to our company’s success over many years and I’m delighted to see them step into these new roles. Their dedication to the business and our artists makes them the obvious choices to lead Raw Power towards its next chapter.”
