Following the release of her newest album, Ricochet, Snail Mail - the project of Lindsey Jordan - will embark on a Fall U.S. tour with co-headliner Soccer Mommy. The dates kick off on September 30 in Charlotte, NC, and conclude in Greenfield, NC, on October 24. All dates are listed below and tickets go on-sale Friday, June 5 at 10 AM local here .

For fans, the tour represents a long-awaited pairing of Snail Mail and Soccer Mommy, two longtime friends whose careers have grown alongside one another since they first emerged in indie rock. This summer, Snail Mail will head to Europe, the UK, and Japan for both headline and festival dates.

Ricochet marks Snail Mail’s first album in five years. The album serves as a departure from her earlier work; rather than chronicling young love, Ricochet is an introspective journey examining the concepts of time, mortality, and the quiet terror of watching the things you love slip away. The LP was co-produced by Jordan alongside Aron Kobayashi Ritch (Momma).

While writing Ricochet, Jordan found herself drawn to art that explores the concept of life itself with works like Charlie Kaufman’s 2008 film Synecdoche, New York and Laura Gilpin’s 1977 poem “The Two-Headed Calf."
