Teddy Swims Brings Down the House With ‘Mr. Know It All’ at American Music Awards

Musician sings his newest single at the 2026 AMAs live from Las Vegas

Teddy Swims performed his recent hit, “Mr. Know It All,” on Sunday night at the American Music Awards .

Swims was introduced by fellow Georgian Mariah the Scientist, and he launched into a soulful rendition of his new single on a stage resembling a boarded-up house. Backed by musicians on plucky guitar and hand drums, Swims’ voice shone as he sang about anticipating the demise of a relationship.

Although more than a year has passed since Swims released his most recent album, 2025’s I’ve Tried Everything but Therapy (Part 2) , he’s been riding high with singles like “Gone Gone Gone,” which features David Guetta and Tones and I and is up for Collaboration of the Year at this year’s AMAs. He also contributed “You’ve Got Another Thing Coming” (not the Judas Priest song) to the soundtrack of the second season of Nobody Wants This .
