The Psychedelic Furs and Living Colour Announce 22-Date Summer Tour

The Psychedelic Furs have announced new US summer tour dates with support from Living Colour .

The tour stops in cities such as Chicago, New York, Boston, Washington D.C., and Atlanta. The bands hit the road August 2nd for a concert in Arvada, Colorado and end the 22-date run September 6th in Miami. Violent Femmes will perform on the tour’s August 14th show in Buffalo.

Tickets for the dates with Living Colour will be available through Ticketmaster for pre-sale Wednesday, May 6th at 10:00 a.m. local time and a general on-sale Friday, May 8th at 10:00 a.m. local time.

The Psychedelic Furs, darlings of ’80s and ’90s college radio that blew up with “Pretty in Pink” as used in the titular John Hughes film, have been steady road warriors since releasing 2020’s Made of Rain , their first album since the early 1990s.

Living Colour are best known for their song “Cult of Personality,” which won them a Grammy in 1990 and was featured in 2007’s Guitar Hero III . Their last studio album was 2017’s Shade .

Before the stretch with Living Colour, The Psychedelic Furs are touring from May to July with stops in Minneapolis, Houston, Las Vegas, and other cities. Fans can get tickets here .
