TheatreZone will present OLIVER! June 4–14 in Naples, featuring a cast of New York–based performers and Florida talent. The production, with book, music, and lyrics by Lionel Bart , is based on Charles Dickens ’ novel Oliver Twist and includes songs such as “Food, Glorious Food,” “Consider Yourself,” and “Where Is Love?”

The cast includes Carter Sass in the title role. Sass, 11, makes his TheatreZone debut after appearing in productions with Florida Children’s Theatre and recently making his professional debut in A Christmas Carol at The Wick Theatre.

David Cantor portrays Fagin, bringing prior experience with the role from regional productions. His credits include Broadway, Off-Broadway, regional theatre, and television.

Katie Claire McGrath appears as Nancy. A New York City–based performer, her credits include stage, film, and television. She previously performed in Oliver! during high school and described the role as a longtime goal.

Peter Kendall portrays Bill Sikes, appearing opposite McGrath. The two perform together onstage for the first time in this production. Kendall’s credits include Off-Broadway, regional theatre, national tours, and screen work.

Charles Fornara portrays Mr. Bumble while also serving as music director and musical supervisor. He has conducted more than 200 productions and has appeared in previous TheatreZone shows including Sweeney Todd , High Society , The Boy Friend , and Company .

Landon Libbey plays the Artful Dodger. A Naples-based performer, he has appeared in TheatreZone’s Home for the Holidays and local productions including Sweeney Todd .

Siena Worland appears as Bet, returning to TheatreZone after previous productions and recent training at Baldwin Wallace University.

Erica Sample portrays Widow Corney. A Naples native, she has appeared in multiple TheatreZone productions and performs with The Walt Disney Company.

The production also features 10 young performers as Fagin’s pickpocket gang.

Music direction is by Charles Fornara, with a seven-piece orchestra. The production is directed by TheatreZone founding artistic director Mark Danni , with choreography by associate artistic director Karen Molnar Danni.

7:30 p.m. June 4–6; June 11–13 2:00 p.m. June 6, 7, 14

Tickets are $50, $70, or $90 depending on seat selection. TheatreZone is located at 13275 Livingston Road in Naples, on the campus of Community School of Naples.

TheatreZone is a professional musical theatre company based in Naples, presenting productions in a 250-seat venue. Founded in 2005 by Mark Danni and Karen Molnar Danni, the company operates under contract with Actors’ Equity Association and presents performers from across the country.
