Wild Pink Tap MJ Lenderman, Hand Habits for New Album

Wild Pink have announced a new album featuring collaborations with MJ Lenderman , Hand Habits , and more; Still Coming Down is out August 21 via Fire Talk . Leading the record is “Round of Applause at the End of the World,” a single about apprehension draining the fun from life. Watch the Wes Sterrs -directed video for that new song, in which a paranoid man strips his hotel room searching for wires and cameras, below.

Still Coming Down was recorded in one week with producer Alex Farrar at Drop of Sun Studios in Asheville, North Carolina, making it a considerably shorter window than the number of trips that went into recording Wild Pink’s previous album, 2024’s Dulling the Horns . Frontman John Ross invited a handful of friends to collaborate on the album, with the aforementioned Meg Duffy of Hand Habits joining, as well as Lenderman and two of his bandmates in the Wind: Landon George and Xandy Chelmis.

After Still Coming Down drops in August, Wild Pink will embark on a headlining tour across Europe in September. They’re following that with a longer run of shows across the United States, most of which will be opening sets for Shakey Graves. Find their complete list of tour dates down below.
