98 Degrees Signs Worldwide Representation Deal with Independent Artist Group

Independent Artist Group has bolstered its roster by signing 98 Degrees for worldwide representation, the agency announced Thursday. The multiplatinum vocal group will be represented by agents Craig Buck, Sharon Richardson and Jarred Arfa.

98 Degrees, consisting of brothers Drew and Nick Lachey, along with Jeff Timmons and Justin Jeffre, has become one of music’s most enduring pop acts since debuting in the ’90s. They have sold more than 15 million albums globally, amassing RIAA gold and platinum certifications. The quartet known for hits like “The Hardest Thing,” “I Do (Cherish You),” “Because of You,” and “Thank God I Found You” have appeared on major productions, including The Grammy Awards, American Music Awards, MTV’s Total Request Live, Soul Train, Motown Live, The Tonight Show and Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve.

The group has also maintained a strong presence in live entertainment. 98 Degrees’ previous shows have included a nearly sold-out show at Niagara Falls, Ontario’s OLG Stage at the Fallsview Casino, grossing $197,427, according to Pollstar Boxoffice reports.

Independent Artist Group continues to expand its diverse roster. The agency, known for representing touring heavyweights like Metallica, Billy Joel, The Smashing Pumpkins and Rod Stewart, signed Rock and Roll Hall of Famers The Temptations in April and rock bands Slayer, Mastodon and Kerry King in March. IAG also added thrash metal icons Anthrax to its roster earlier this year.

98 Degrees is managed by Wright Entertainment Group and signed to XOXO Entertainment Corp. In 2023, they released their first studio album in more than a decade, Full Circle , which featured re-recordings of some of 98 Degrees’ most notable hits alongside new original songs. Full Circle reached the iTunes Album Chart Top 10, a testament to the band’s timeless appeal and devoted fanbase.
