Alison Krauss & Union Station Halt Tour to Protect Singer's Vocals

Alison Krauss & Union Station canceled the remaining dates of their tour after doctors informed the singer that she needed to rest her vocals.

Krauss posted a statement on Instagram, saying that it was a difficult decision to cancel 15 upcoming shows of the “Arcadia 2026 Tour.”

“It is with great regret that Alison Krauss & Union Station have announced the cancellation of our upcoming tour dates. After consulting with medical professionals, Alison has been advised to take a period of vocal rest to ensure a full and healthy recovery,” the statement read. “This decision was not made lightly as we are deeply committed to our fans. However, prioritizing health and vocal integrity is imperative at this time.”

The bluegrass icons were scheduled to visit notable venues such as Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium, ACL Live at The Moody Center in Austin, Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas and Vina Robles Amphitheater in Paso Robles.

The band added, “All tickets will be fully refunded, and fans are encouraged to reach out to their point of purchase for any questions. We hope to make it back to these cities in the near future.”

Alison Krauss & Union Station returned to the live stage in 2025 after not touring together for nearly a decade. The band extended its successful run into 2026 and performed across the U.S. and Canada, including a sold-out show at Madison, Wisconsin’s Orpheum Theater in June that grossed $199,862 from 1,569 tickets, according to Pollstar Boxoffice.

The band is booked by Creative Artists Agency in North America.
