Another Management Company Adds Allison Crutchfield, Hannah McElroy to Team
Allison Crutchfield and Hannah McElroy have joined Another Management Company. Crutchfield will serve as a manager at the Los Angeles-based firm, co-managing artists with founder Reynold Jaffe.

Boutique management company Another Management Company, founded in 2017 by Reynold Jaffe and Eric Dimenstein, welcomes Allison Crutchfield and Hannah McElroy to its team.
Crutchfield joins the Los Angeles-based Another Management Company team as a manager, where she will co-manage Twisted Teens, Brennan Wedl and Ryan Davis. Crutchfield, sister of Waxahachee’s Kathryn Crutchfield, was a touring musician for over a decade, playing with her own band Swearin’ and other artists such as Waxahatchee.
Crutchfield began at ANTI- Records in 2019 assisting on campaigns for flagship artists, including Mavis Staples, Neko Case, Wynonna Judd, Fleet Foxes, and Sparklehorse, according to the announcement. She headed the A&R department and signed renowned acts like Waxahatchee, MJ Lenderman, Slow Pulp, Madi Diaz, The Beths, Brennan Wedl, and Death Cab for Cutie.
“Moving into management is something I’d envisioned for myself for a long time, and I feel immediately embraced in this new chapter joining my friends and family at AMC,” Crutchfield says in the announcement. “I’ve long admired their commitment and advocacy for their artists, so I’m incredibly proud to join their ranks and bring my experience as both A&R and as an artist to this phenomenal team.”
McElroy joins Another Management Company as a Nashville-based day-to-day manager, supporting a growing roster including Youth Lagoon and Twisted Teens. McElroy began her management career at Left Right Management, and she previously worked as a Digital Strategist at Venture Music and iHeartMedia.
Across many years in the industry, she has contributed to campaigns for artists including Johnnyswim, Drew Baldridge, Joe Nichols, LANCO, Jelly Roll, Alaska (5000) and Arlie, among others. Her work spans country, indie, alternative and genre-blurring artists, blending audience growth, creative strategy, and artist development to help build enduring careers.
McElroy elaborates: “Joining AMC feels like a really natural next step for me. I’ve always been a fan of the way they support and develop their artists, and I’m excited to bring my experience across artist management and digital strategy, as well as a perspective shaped by years in Nashville’s music community, into such a creatively aligned environment.”
Another Management Company co-founder Eric Dimenstein is also president of Ground Control Touring, talent agency, which recently celebrated 25 years in business.
