Bladee Reveals New Album Sulfur Surfer

Two months after Swedish rapper/enigma Bladee dropped a pair of singles , he’s back with a new song called “ Blondie ” and an album announcement. Produced by fellow Drain Gang member Whitearmor, Sulfur Surfer arrives May 20 on Trash Island. A tracklist hasn’t been revealed, but one song is confirmed to feature David Tibet’s long-running doom folk project Current 93 . Below, watch the spooky, Joe Ward -directed video for “Blondie,” set in a tunnel with built-in Fincher lighting.

Bladee’s last proper album, Cold Visions , came out in 2024. He’s kept busy since then, dropping an EP, Ste the Beautiful Martyr 1st Attempt , and guesting on projects by Oklou , Yung Lean , and Thaiboy Digital .
