Broadway Cast of The Rocky Horror Show Performs "Sweet Transvestite" on Fallon

The cast of the new Broadway production of The Rocky Horror Show stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to perform one of the musical’s signature songs, “Sweet Transvestite.”

With a star-studded cast — including Rachel Dratch as the Narrator, Stephanie Hsu as Janet, Andrew Durand as Brad, and Luke Evans as Dr. Frank-N-Furter — the performance was a wild and entertaining showcase for the newly revived 1973 musical, which was adapted into the 1975 cult classic film .

Dratch set the scene, and the minute Evans arrived onstage as the androgynous mad scientist, it was the Dr. Frank-N-Furter show. Evans provided some captivating moves, soaring vocals, and an air of unpredictability, while Hsu and Durand brought plenty of anxious awkwardness to their roles. And overall, director Sam Pinkleton opted to retain the original’s glammy, ’70s-style grandeur. Watch the performance below.
