Spirit Music has elevated Frank Rogers – the multi-platinum record producer, songwriter and executive – to Chief Executive Officer.
The appointment, formally announced on Tuesday (May 26), sees Rogers expand his remit from his previous role as Chief Creative Officer to oversee all aspects of Spirit Music ‘s global roster and creative and operational activities.
Rogers will continue to serve as President of Fluid Music Revolution , the venture he launched in 2016 and through which he first partnered with Spirit .

Rogers was named CEO of Spirit Music Nashville in 2019, before being promoted to Chief Creative Officer of the wider Spirit Music Group in 2022.
Spirit and Fluid have combined for over 40 Billboard No. 1 singles under his leadership.

Spirit Music was founded in 1995 with offices in Nashville , Los Angeles , London and New York .
The company says it owns and/or manages more than 100,000 songs spanning nine decades, with a portfolio of over 800 charted hits and 200 -plus No. 1 songs.
Spirit operates in partnership with Lyric Capital Group , the investment firm co-founded by Singer and Cameron in 2019, which raised over $800 million in deployable capital in 2023.
In December, Lyric Capital closed a reported $1 billion catalog deal with The Weeknd , while Spirit last year acquired select compositions from HARDY and signed the songwriter to an exclusive publishing agreement for future works.
As a producer, Rogers has amassed 46 No. 1 singles, over 80 Top Twenty singles and over 40 singles and 20 albums certified by the RIAA as diamond, multi-platinum, platinum or gold.
He has received 18 Country Music Association award nominations (with one win) and 27 Academy of Country Music award nominations (with five wins), and has produced 17 Grammy -nominated songs or albums, including four winners.
Rogers was named Billboard’s No. 1 Hot Country Producer Award five times (2006–2010) and MusicRow Magazine ‘s Producer of the Year four times.
He has worked with artists including Brad Paisley , Darius Rucker , Josh Turner , Scotty McCreery , Chris Stapleton , Carrie Underwood , Keith Urban , Dolly Parton and Alison Krauss .
As a songwriter, Rogers has 10 No. 1 songs to his credit – including I’m Gonna Miss Her (The Fishin’ Song) by Brad Paisley , Alright and This by Darius Rucker , and Five More Minutes , This Is It , In Between , You Time and Cab In A Solo by Scotty McCreery .
Before launching Fluid Music Revolution , Rogers served as VP of EMI Nashville Productions , where he signed artists including Brad Paisley .
