Future Unveils New Album ‘The Real Me’

Hendrix season is on the horizon. Future took to social media on Monday (June 15) where he announced a new album is on the way, titled The Real Me .

Future posted to his Instagram Story with a graphic featuring a red background and “Future The Real Me” blotted in black ink. He also changed the graphic to his profile picture on IG. Spotify ads featuring the same logo promoting the project have surfaced on billboards as well.

The Atlanta rap legend confirmed the album title on X. “Album title: THE REAL ME,” he wrote.

The Real Me will serve as Future’s first album since he went back-to-back with We Don’t Trust You and We Still Don’t Trust You in 2024. Both collab albums featured Metro Boomin helming production and debuted atop the Billboard 200.

Future has been heating up in the last month while setting the table for the project. He reunited with Drake for ICEMAN standout “Ran to Atlanta,” which peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 . Pluto also teamed up with Tyla for FIFA World Cup 2026 anthem “Game Time.”

Future and Tyla delivered the live debut of their collaboration at SoFi Stadium when the World Cup kicked off with the USA Opening Ceremony in Inglewood, Calif. The star-studded lineup featured talents from across the globe, including a headlining set from Katy Perry and performances by LISA ,  Anitta ,  Rema ,  Dan + Shay  and Purahei Soul.

In April, DJ Khaled recruited Future and Lil Baby for “One of Them.” The track debuted at No. 70 on the Billboard Hot 100 and is set to land on Khaled’s Aalam of God album.
