Spotify spent the last week teasing a mysterious new project called TRM on billboards across the country. Predictions varied—it’s a Selena Gomez album! No, it’s a Carti project!—but now we have a real answer: It’s a Future album called The Real Me . No other details (release date, artwork, whether his frenemy Drake is involved, etc.) have been shared yet; we’ve reached out to Pluto’s rep for more information.
It’s been nearly two years since the last Future solo album, 2024’s Mixtape Pluto , and in the interim, he’s hopped on tracks by Lisa, Young Thug, and the Weeknd. Earlier this year, Future appeared on J. Cole’s The Fall-Off, reunited with Drake on the latter’s Iceman , and performed alongside Tyla at the opening ceremony for the FIFA World Cup.
