BY THE NUMBER: $97,659,190. Chayanne’s gross in 2025, marking CMN’s most successful tour of the year and one of the top treks on Pollstar’ s Year-End charts, with 860,974 tickets sold.

It’s becoming a trope in the live industry that if you can make it in the Latin music space, a booming part of the business that is as competitive and volatile as any other, especially when operating in the LATAM region, you can pretty much find success anywhere.

Latin music promoters must be nimble, creative, resourceful and innovative to survive, skills that grizzled veteran Henry Cárdenas has exhibited throughout his 40-plus-year career.

“Persistence,” he says. “Never give up.”

Those are the words he lives by, and it’s fitting considering what he has overcome and achieved even in the past few years alone.

Cárdenas, who two years ago partnered with AEG Presents, had great success promoting Julión Álvarez’s sold-out three-night stand at Inglewood, California’s SoFi Stadium in April 2025, but the promoter was dealt a major blow when the artist’s visa was revoked one day before a show at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

It’s not an easy loss, but Cárdenas didn’t falter. He bounced back to promote some of Latin music’s most successful tours last year. Puerto Rican pop star Chayanne toured the U.S. and Latin America to gross $97,659,190 off 860,974 tickets sold, placing him 25th on Pollstar’s Top 200 Worldwide Touring Artists chart.

“One of the company’s most impactful accomplishments over the last year was Chayanne’s ‘Bailemos Otra Vez’ tour,” Cárdenas says.

“The tour’s success and impact can be attributed to Chayanne’s strong fanbase across the U.S. and LATAM, and because of it, the company was able to reactivate major markets. Ana Gabriel’s U.S. tour was also a major accomplishment. It’s a testament to the lasting power of legacy Latin artists in today’s touring market.”

All signs point toward another successful year for CMN with Chayanne going on a second leg in the U.S. and tours from Morat, Don Omar and Marc Anthony.
