Kim Gordon Wears Jalen Brunson Knicks Jersey on Fallon, Adds Second Brooklyn Show

Kim Gordon played The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday night, performing the title track from this year’s Play Me with her band. A longtime Knicks fan, she wore a Jalen Brunson jersey, which was also a callback to when she played The Late Show with David Letterman with Sonic Youth 1994 (while pregnant) in a John Starks jersey. Tonight (6/18), Kim will play NYC’s intimate Night Club 101 , and announcing the show, she wrote, “Psyched to be playing in NYC home of the NBA Champs The Knicks!!!!!” It kicks off her Play Me tour, which hits the Storm King Art Center on Saturday with Fiery Furnaces.

The tour rolls back around to the East Coast in September which now includes two nights at Brooklyn’s Warsaw on 9/15 & 9/16 . which are with Voyeur and Bill Nace is also on the 9/16 show which was just announced.
