Gene Simmons has revealed that KISS have recorded a new song written by fellow co-founding member Paul Stanley .

The confirmation came in an interview with KISSbySienna , a YouTube channel run by KISS superfan Sienna Hernandez. When asked what the band has been up to since retiring from touring, Simmons replied, “KISS is in the studio now. So, we just recorded a new song, as a matter of fact, that Paul wrote. I can’t tell you more about it. And that’ll be coming out at some point.”

A new track would be the first new material from the band since their last album, 2012’s Monster . The band continued to tour for another decade or so until wrapping up a farewell tour in December 2023, but didn’t release any additional music during that time.
