LAMC Names 2026 Wonder Women of Latin Music Honorees

The Latin Alternative Music Conference has unveiled its Wonder Women of Latin Music 2026 honorees, Billboard can exclusively reveal Wednesday (May 6).

Celebrating the women making a difference in the music industry and in partnership with Amazon Music, the Class of 2026 — which includes Billboard’s social media manager Ingrid Fajardo — features 20 women from multiple areas of the music business, such as journalists, publicists and executives.

“As we continue our collaboration with LAMC for Wonder Women of Latin Music, it’s an honor to recognize the outstanding women who are shaping the future of the Latin music industry,” said Rocío Guerrero, director of music, Latin-Iberia, Amazon Music, in a statement. “Their creativity and cultural impact elevate Latin music and also inspire the next generation of artists and executives. We are proud to celebrate their achievements and amplify the voices that keep Latin music evolving and globalizing.”

Now in its seventh edition, the LAMC Wonder Women of Latin Music list has recognized more than 120 women in the industry, including Billboard’s all-female Latin team: Leila Cobo (Class of 2020), Sigal Ratner-Arias (Class of 2023), Isabela Raygoza (Class of 2023), Griselda Flores (Class of 2024) and Jessica Roiz (Class of 2025).

As tradition holds, this year’s honorees will be recognized with a special award and a campaign on social media.

Following its star-studded 2025 edition that included the participation of artists such as Camilo, Morat, Yami Safdie and Ela Taubert, the LAMC will return from July 28 to Aug. 1 to the International New York Times Square in New York City.
