Lorelei Signs With Matador, Announces Tour With Colin Miller And @

The upward trajectory of This is Lorelei , the project of Nate Amos of Water From Your Eyes , continues, and he’s now announced he’s signed to Matador Records. There’s no new music from him to go with the signing, but given the prolific rate at which he’s released things, it seems likely there will be something new before long. In the mean time, you can listen to his new Super Deluxe version of Box for Buddy, Box for Star , featuring covers of its songs by friends and admirers like Hayley Williams (who Water From Your Eyes are currently on tour with), Waxahatchee, Jeff Tweedy, and more, and his 2025 collection of re-recorded Bandcamp material, Holo Boy .

Nate also announced new This is Lorelei shows, which are in addition to his previously announced dates supporting Bleachers . He’s playing Kilby Block Party , Newport Folk Festival, Just Like Heaven , and Primavera Sound in Buenos Aires and São Paulo, and has headining shows with Colin Miller (who also plays drums in MJ Lenderman’s band) and @ . His headlining North American run wraps up with an NYC show at Webster Hall on November 6 with @. Tickets to that and all dates go on sale Friday, May 15 at 10 AM local time.
