Mike D Adds Five US Dates to 5D Tour

The Beastie Boys’ Mike D has announced a five-date US tour kicking off in August. The shows arrive in support of his debut solo album, Thank You , out on August 28th.

The concerts take place entirely along the east coast and precede Mike D’s appearance at San Francisco’s Portola Festival at the end of September. Joined by his Mike D 5D touring band — comprised of his sons Skyler and Davis Diamond, Eddie Ruscha, Will Graefe, and Milo Ruscha — he’ll begin his headlining US run in Boston on August 30th. The tour rolls on through Washington D.C., Asheville, and Atlanta before concluding on September 9th in New York. See his full list of tour dates below.

Tickets for Mike D’s US tour will first be available via a pre-sale running on Thursday, June 25th at 10:00 a.m EDT; check each venue’s pre-sale details on Mike D’s official website . Tickets will go on sale for the general public on Friday, June 26th at 10:00 a.m. EDT via Ticketmaster and his website .
