Ravyn Lenae to Release Third Album ‘Blue Island’ on August 7, Shares New Single “Handle”

Ravyn Lenae has announced her third album, Blue Island , which will be out August 7 via Atlantic. Like 2024’s Bird’s Eye , she made it with producer Dahi.

“‘Blue Island’ is a point of arrival, and feeling set in my ways and in who I am, and feeling free of any of those preconceived notions about Blackness or what I had to be in the past,” says Ravyn. “So I think now it’s fun to challenge the idea of what R&B is supposed to sound like, what pop is supposed to sound like… and really say ‘fuck all of that’ and do my own thing.”

The album includes previously released singles “Reputation” (ft Dominic Fike) and “Bobby,” and she’s just shared a new single, the sultry, rock-leaning “Handle.” Watch the video for that and the other singles below.

Ravyn Lenae is on the festival circuit this year and will be in NYC for Governors Ball on June 6. All dates are listed below.
