Role Model is fully back. The musician has announced his third LP Chuck Timely & the Hourglass , the anticipated follow-up to his breakout album Kansas Anymore . The new album will arrive August 7, via Interscope. Role Model, whose real name is Tucker Pilsbury, also revealed that lead single “High Hopes 3000” will be released June 3.

The singer-songwriter threw fans in a tizzy when he started teasing the new project in April with an inexplicable Instagram account for new alter ego “Chuck Timely.” Last week, Pilsbury sent old-fashioned acquaintance cards via snail mail to select fans that directed them to a pre-recorded voicemail message from “Chuck.” The move not only teased Chuck Timely & the Hourglass , it also teased “High Hopes 3000.”
