Shygirl Reveals New Album 'Swallow!', Shares Lead Single “Lucky (hymn)”
Shygirl, a British artist shortlisted for the 2023 Mercury Prize, has announced her sophomore album, 'Swallow!', due out in September. The lead single, "Lucky (hymn)," is available now.
A lot has happened since Shygirl's 2022 debut album Nymph , which was shortlisted for the 2023 Mercury Prize. The British up-and-comer went on Charli XCX and Troye Sivan's massive Sweat Tour , showed up on the Brat remix album , released a bunch of EPs , starred in Charli's The Moment and Madonna's Confessions II – The Film , and most recently she rang in a new era with a song called " Alyse ." Now, she's announcing her second album Swallow!
