Longview Communications, a strategic advisory firm specializing in entertainment, media and technology, led by founder and CEO Andrew Fixmer and Executive Vice President Jamie Diamond. announced its launch May 28.
“Longview was built to help companies and leaders communicate with clarity at pivotal moments,” Fixmer said. “Jamie and I bring complementary experience across corporate reputation, entertainment, media, music and technology, and a shared belief that the strongest communications strategies are grounded in business objectives. We work with clients to sharpen their story, strengthen their positioning and navigate high-stakes situations with credibility and impact.”
Fixmer brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate communications, media strategy and journalism. He has led teams at Universal Music Group, Sphere Entertainment Co. and Paramount Pictures. Earlier in his career, he was an award-winning financial journalist at Bloomberg News. Fixmer additionally serves on the board of the Jewish Institute for Television & Cinema.
Diamond’s expertise spans music, corporate, B2B, digital and brand communications. For nearly a decade, Diamond led global communications at Universal Music Publishing Group, overseeing corporate, C-suite and global leadership communications, as well as campaigns tied to major artist and songwriter signings, catalog acquisitions and digital licensing agreements. Diamond earlier worked at Sunshine Sachs, advising business, media and entertainment clients. She helped launch global nonprofit She Is The Music, where she served as Communications Co-Chair.
