Sugar Plays Second Reunion Show at Webster Hall

Sugar continued their three-show reunion run at Webster Hall on Sunday night, their second performance in 31 years. Bob Mould, David Barbe and Malcolm Travis stuck to the same crowd-pleasing setlist as Night 1 — Bob asked the crowd for a show of hands as to who had also been there on Saturday. “So, about 32 of you.” Barbe also retold the story of how the reunion came to be .

Sugar wrap up their Webster Hall run tonight with pre-show DJ David Cross ( tickets ), and will be back in NYC when their fall North American tour hits Brooklyn Steel on October 16 (Bob’s Birthday).
