Taylor Swift made a surprise appearance at the world premiere of “ Toy Story 5 ” on Tuesday night in Los Angeles.

Swift didn’t do step and repeat but showed up for a big cast photo. Her attendance at the Dolby Theatre festivities comes on the heels of the release of her new song on the soundtrack, “I Knew It, I Knew You.”

Swift posted a message on social media when the song was released June 4 that included a vintage home video of herself as a little girl, marching in a red cowgirl hat and a shirt embroidered with boots. “Writing this song felt like a musical departure and coming home at the same time. Creating something for Jessie was a new challenge and also felt like second nature all at once,” she wrote. :And being a @toystory kid from the age of 5 til now… is an adventure I plan to be on, to infinity and beyond.”
