Directed by Rob Cohen, the first Fast and Furious film introduced Diesel as Dominic Toretto, whose tight-knit heist crew is infiltrated by Walker’s undercover detective Brian O’Conner. Spawning a blockbuster franchise that moved into stealing bank vaults and flying into space, the original stays grounded with a Point Break -adjacent plot.
